Online Zoom class

In 1995 Venerable Gyatrul Rinpoche taught his American students Natural Liberation, a remarkable text by the eighth century founder of Tibetan Buddhism, Padmasambhava discussing the six bardos or intermediate states of life and death.

Rinpoche has asked Lama Bruce Newman to teach this text. In this class we will focus primarily on the meditations of the bardo of this life.

The class will be somewhat sequential, but it will be ok to start with a later class or drop in when it works for you. Purchase of the text would be helpful but not necessary.
