Schedule: Every second Friday, starting from 19th March at 7pm Austrian time (10 am Pacific Time).
Lama Bruce will lead a class on integrating the Dharma into our own experience. Our class will feature guided meditations and discussion on how to enhance our meditation.
Calm
Mindfulness meditation is the basis for any deepening meditation practice. Through mindfulness, our mind stabilizes and comes to rest. Building on this tranquility, we can progress along the path of Buddhist mind training. We will be using guided meditations to help us delve deep into our innate ability to rest.
Kind
From within calmness, a sense of love and kindness can begin to blossom. The cultivation of love has a pivotal role in both Mahayana and Vajrayana Buddhism. It is the foundation of compassion, bodhicitta, and devotion, which in turn lead us directly to the awakened mind. We will also be exploring its healing and transformative power.
